Murachs SQL Server 2008 for developers

The predecessor edition of this book came out ~1.5 years after SQL Server 2005 was released. This time Murach acted quickly and delivered the current edition shortly after SQL Server 2008 RTM hit the streets.

Fortunately the overall conception of the book hasn’t change significantly. The authors stick to their idea to focus on a few, but selected topics, instead of trying to cover each and every single aspect of SQL Server 2008. This benefits the whole book and makes it a worthwhile investment for everyone who wants to use SQL Server 2008 to make his entry into the world of relational database development.
