Hello,
I'm having an issue logging into a SQL Server 2005 DB. I'm using a 3rd party software to log into a database. When the application loads, you get a choice to log into a Sample database, or the Live database. As soon as the user chooses a database, there is about a 1:30 - 2 Minute delay before getting the login screen. Once they type in their login, the rest of it runs well.
This is happening from all workstations as well as the server itself when logging into this program. I have been able to test the connection though ODBC and I'm logging in with no issues. Each workstation and server out perform the minimum system recommendations. Is there something I'm missing that could assist in locating the source of the delay?
Any assistance is greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Rob
