hI I am getiing below error while i am doing restore .
i know i have more than 50 gb of space on disk but my
mdf size 5 gb and ldf size 6 gb .total togather 11gb
why i got this error.really did not understand it is operationg
system error or disk error.Provide some info

May be at the time of backup , your file sizes were different.

Check the file sizes in the backup file by running RESTORE FILELISTONLY command...

RESTORE FILELIST ONLY FROM DISK = 'C:\BACKUPFILE.BAK'
