    DTS Designer Component not working

     Hi Experts,

    One of our users are having problem opening DTS packages.  In his machine, SQL 2000 Enterprise Manager and SQL 2005 Management Studio.  DTS Designer is also installed.  Lastly, SQL Server 2000 SP4 is also installed.  A DTS package under Legacy is stored in a SQL Server 2005.  When the user tries to open a DTS package, he is being told that DTS Designer component must be installed.  But the thing is, it's already installed.  He even tried to install it again but still, the same error appears everytime he tries to open a DTS package from Management Studio.

     I don't have any idea what could be wrong or missing.

     Any idea from this group?

    Just a quick addition:

    Another user is able to expand Legacy and see the list of DTS packages but when she tries to open the DTS package, this error comes out:

     "The procedure entry point hstrstrnisLen  could not be located in the dynamic link library SQLSVC.dll"

     Anyone who experienced the same?
