e-mail notifications when I responded to some topic

Is it possible to change some option in forums configuration so I don't receive an e-mail notification when I respond to some topic? I know that I did it and I don't need a notification to tell me this.

This point has been raised by me earlier and Jude is looking to fix it as soon as the initial teething problems are resolved, also we are in process to consolidate the forum sections to make more user-visible base.
