Now, click the Next button to display the fields from the query in the details section of your report.

You can also customize the layout and style of your report in the next two screens.

Once done, name your report and click Finish.

This screen provides a summary of the selections we made using the Report Wizard.

In order to print the report we use Direct Client Printing.

Printing reports is much easier in SQL Server 2005 Reporting Services because we no longer have to export reports to printable formats like PDF or TIFF. Also, viewers can be given the option to re-sort data in multiple ways within a published report.

Clicking the new print button on the HTML Viewer toolbar opens the Print window, where users can define the various print parameters. A small Active X control will load on the user's workstation the first time the print button is used.
