The only articles that I have found relating to AWE are for windows 2000. They all state that the "/3GB /PAE" switches are needed for 8GB of RAM, so SQL Ent. can maximize the available memory. Is this the same for windows 2003 Ent.?

    Thanks

Thanks for the reply but I didn't get a clear answer from the thread. We use your article:

    http://www.sql-server-performance.com/awe_memory.asp

for our clients with RAM > 2GB and SQL Server EE. Can that article be updated to reflect Windows 2003?

    Thanks
