After Domain demotion effects

Recently I had to demote my domain server.
Now I face the problem of Deployment problems in Reporting Services. The message is
NT AUTHORITYNET WORK SERVICE has no write permissions in C;.......Internet temp folder
I tried changing the Web service identity. When I tried changing the Web service identity the problem was saving the encryption key.
Then the message was connection problem and check whether ASP.net is compatible version.

I use ASP.Net version 2.0

These all started after demotion from domain server status

pl some one suggest actions to be taken after domain demotion to avoid these type of occurrences
