Configuring Transactional Replication

Hi,
I'm setting up Transactional Replication for a Databases between 2 Data centers. This is one way replication from Data Center 1 to Data Center 2. Publisher and Distributor are on the same Instance at Data Center 1 and Subscriber is at Data Center 2 with PULL Subscription.
Since I need the exact replica from Publisher into Subscriber, should I select all the options within properties of Table articles like:
Copy Foreign Key constraints
Copy Non Clustered indexes....
This is my first time replication setup, appreciate any help/advice..

This is one of our Citrix databases which will be divided between East and West coast users. So "primary" database will be used to add new published apps which then will replicate to the "secondary". With reference to change in requirements, I opted for Transactional Replication.
