controlling size of log file

    Hello, after setting up log shipping I notice that the size of the logs is huge...and just continues to increase..how do you manage the size of your log files? do you delete them after a certain time period? keep them at a certain size limitation? any tips? Thanks in advance

    Try to eliminate long running transactions and schedule more frequent trans log backups.

    While running bulk load operations then may choose BULK_LOGGED recovery model too.
