if i use Mirror drive for LogFile and Raid5/10 drive for DataFile - should i make both partition to use the 64K offset or just the Raid5/10 partition?

64k partition will be good if your database is doing heavy inserts & updates that will help the performance to write the data.

what about the Mirror partition where i stored the LDF should it be 64K offset as well?

It doesn't hurt anyway, we have such setting on current 4 node 2005 clusters. See my comments: http://sqlserver-qa.net/blogs/tools/archive/2008/04/28/sql-server-2005-and-disk-drive-allocation-unit-size-to-64k-any-benefit-or-performance.aspx
