SQL Server Performance

database properties

    hi
    i created a mirroring for prodcution databases on the other server which is running sqlserver 2005 , in 64 bit on windows 2003 server.
    the database is saying it's (principal,synchronized), but i am not able to access the properties of that database.
    i's giving me an error 1222, lock timeout error...

    please help me out in this.. since it's a production database

    See this MSDNLink and see whether any transaction is holding in thsi case.
