DB Mirroring for Replicated Databases

Hi
We are planning to use DB Mirroring As DR plan for our Databases. In our Databases we have both Replication Publishers & Subscribers. What happend to this on my mirrored database. Am i need to create this on the mirror seperately or it will be done as part of Mirroring.
If possible please update me with What are the features we need to handle seperatly for Mirrored DataBases(like Sql Jobs,Logins,Roles).
