Dbase 5 t oSQL server- URGENT

Hello folks,
I have few hundeered dbf(dbase ) files I try to loop thru and load them in to sql . I could not figout way.. I tried to use the example which is SQLDTS.com http://www.sqldts.com/default.aspx?246) . Instead of text source I tried to use dbase5 it is saying file not found bla..
any ideas?
I don't want to use OPENQUERY from sql...
