Diskperf -Y not working

Sorry if i am repeating this question..

I tried to enable disk monitoring using Diskperf -Y (Win 2000 Sp4 Server). It did give a message :

<< Both Logical and Physical Disk Performance counters on this system are automatically enabled on demand. Raw counters are also enabled for IOCTL_DISK_PERFORMANCE.

But, even after using Diskperf -Y in my cluster server and rebooting, i could not see the "Physical Disk" counter in perfmon. Anyone faced this issue before ? What else we need to do to see this counter?
