Distrib.exe Application Error , Application failed to initialize properly(0xx0000142)click ok to terminate the application

I have SQL Server 2005 std edition SP1 installed on Windows 2003 Std edition .Configured Transactional
Replication past two months working fine, Now
1.Distrib.exe application err is coming.

Due to which my job is failing (Distributor to Subscriber).

Iam attaching thw file.
I have created single publication in SQL 2005. Most of the article says error happens on Multiple publications or in cluster environment.My environment is very simple it is only single publication and no cluster.

My Distributor and Publisher are on one server and subscriber on second server .

Can some help more on this .

Try to restart the server and see you get the same error...
