dtaengine The application failed to initialize properly 0xc0000142

I fighting with this problem :

also:
1) I have run sfc /scannow. No luck.
2) Uninstall 2005,2008 and 2012, because I got the same error in any version.
3) Reinstall only 2005. No luck.
4) I have run 2 or 3 differents register fixers. Same thing.
5) Run dta from cmd.
5) Try all google suggestions. Nope!.
6) Error occurs only with any dta version.

Now I'm open to try any suggestion except reinstall Windows 7 x64!!

Did you try to connect to this instance from another machine?
I suspect tools are corrupted on the laptop where you are getting the problem.

Yes, I did.
Also I've uninstall all tools, clean reg and install again. Same error.
