We recently upgraded to SQL 2000 from 7. Our DTS packages aren't running successfully and they give the error:

"The system cannot find the path specified. Cannot open a log file of specified name. The system cannot find the path specified."

The name of the log file has not changed. It's location hasn't changed. I don't know why it's giving that error. Anyone have a similar experience?

    Thanks,
    Chris

Ensure the correct path name has been supplied for the DTS package to work, for instance use only UNC name such as \servernamesharenamepath etc.

Ensure latest service pack is updated on SQL & OS.
