SQL Server Performance

Error :OLE DB Source and Command variable

    I have OLEDB Source and data acess mode is SQL Command from variable
    When Set that and assign the varialbe I am getting the following error
    TITLE: Microsoft Visual Studio
    ------------------------------

    Error at Load Fact Table [Load Data from Staging [1]]: SSIS Error Code DTS_E_OLEDBERROR. An OLE DB error has occurred. Error code: 0x80040E0C.
    An OLE DB record is available. Source: "Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server" Hresult: 0x80040E0C Description: "Command text was not set for the command object.".

    it is two. how ever, I found thing interesting

    This is working for Oracle database nto for sql server !
