Event Id 0 :Site manager invalid SQL Server

This error appears in a Application event log every min or less

Eventid=0
Source = application
Category = devices
Type =error

I did found some information on eventid.com but none of the info says anything
about "Site manager invalid SQL Server"

Could someone help ?
