Exam 70-432 SQL server 2008

Hii i know this is SQL server 2005 certification forum but i couldnt find the SQL Server 2008 certification forum so im posting it here.
I am planning for SQL server 2008 certification - 70:432 Implementing and maintainance of SQL server 2008.
I just wanted to know what window s level knowledge apart from SQL server 2008 is required to give the certification and also related study material .
I would also like to know recommended study resources from which i could practice .

http://www.mctsguide.com/mcts-exam-books/tag/70432 is the best one I have seen that can help you to achieve the 70432 certification, also there are few MSL courses 6231a & 6232a will get to the levelof understanding, if you are new to sql server.
