Fall time change

We are running SQL Server 2005 sp3 x64 Enterprise Edition in a two node SQL cluster
The application is 7X24 and we plan on locking the users our for an hour while the time change occurs. There still may be some back end processes running such as scheduled reports (SSRS), etc.
I was thinking about "piggy backing" the outage and doing a db reindexing at the same time. Is this something that I should stay away from and just schedule another outage or should we be ok if the timechage occurs during the rebuilding of the index job.

    Aren't you already late?

Since you are on Enterprise Edition, why don't you use the online indexing capabilities anyway?
