    Rather I would get Mike to change or replace with relevant values, as this is his post to provide such helpful information.
    I have emailed him anyway in this regard, so we should see the relevant changes.

    Satya, can you stike the other responses since code is in there and just make it a fresh one? or I can repost. sorry for the issue. I did not see that in there.
