    If the users are getting what they wanted in time, then no complaints on your day job as DBA. As a best practice you might have few alerts and responses in place to tackle bigger problems to solve, but in case of any performance problem that is not causing any trouble on system and still data is availabel which is classed as slow performance issues. How to solve them?
