    Thanks a lot for appreciation and welcome guys, and without Statistician (Luis) our presence is unnoticed. Its great to feel forum is one year old with great power and accountability.

    I hope I can keepup the pace in coming months if time permits. As I'm resourced with new responsibiliteis at work place that may deter my visit to forum. I've contributed and learned equally in the forum and be grateful to Brad.
