How to know index percentage usage?
    DBCC SHOWCONTIG (<table name>) WITH FAST, TABLERESULTS, ALL_INDEXES, NO_INFOMSGS
How to know which tables have indexes?
    select a.name,b.name from sysobjects a ,sysobjects b where a.id=b.parent_obj
Try it, it may help you.

Also, with 2005, you can know what indexes are not using. Follow Satya instructions.
