SQL Server Performance

Going from OLTP to OLAP

    Hello, I'm new to OLAP and Data Mining and I'm reading the book Professional SQL Server Analysis Services 2005 with MDX, the book has explained a lot of new terms and techniques.

    However, the books is based on the Adventure Works DW database and I'm wondering where can I find a tutorial or some guidance to learn how to build a dataware house database, I mean, whate steps has been taken to pass from the Adventure Works OLTP database to Adventure Works DW?
