    Does anyone know of a good book on Advanced Monitoring of SQL Server. I don't mean just your basic book on basic counters, but something more envolved.

    Luis,
    I know hher books well, and she mostly talks about the administration and internals, but very little about monitoring. I am specifically interested in a deep discussion of monitoring the sql server.
