    Hi All:

I recently installed HealthMonitor Stable version 2.1 on my local PC for testing purpose. It#%92s a freeware, easy to install (requires .net frameworks 1.1) small software basically being used for different server notifications like: -

    SMS Notification
    Email Notification
    Text file Notification
    Net sent Notification
    Script Notification
Notification saving in SQL Server table

It is useful to capture different events and checks for: -

    CPU usage
(if CPU usage is higher then specified, will send notification)

    Memory usage
(if free memory is less then specified, will send notification)

    Check services
(if status of selected service is other then Running it will send notification)

    Check File system
(checks for intercept change on the file system based on the selected path)

    Check Disk
(if free space under a logical disk volume goes less, , will send notification)

    Check windows events
(if any added event id, source, category, type occurs.. , will send notification)

    Check Custom
(you can execute customized bat, vbs, exe at specified interval if output is ok then fine else error will be notified)

It is a good tool for checking service's status, disk space, CPU utilization and custom requirements, but after making every single change in HealthMonitor's events/checks/notification settings it requires to restart its services that raise memory and CPU utilization.
