Help to move heavily acessed table to a new file group

Hi All,
Would highly appreciate if any of you can help me with the following as a part of increasing the performance in the database.
I want to find out the heavily accessed table in a database and move that particular table to a seperate file group. Currently i have only one primary data file and a secondary log file for my database.
Forgot to add I am using SQL2000 Eneterprise edition
Is there any query to find out which table is heavily been accessed and that needs a movement. I have a seperate disk alloted for this movememnt.
Also can you provide a template query that can be used to move the table to a new file group. Are there any 3 rd party softwares that can be used for this.
