SQL Server Performance

How can i fix sql2000 virtual server

    I deleted "sql server/sql agent/fulltext" three resources in the cluster management.


    I added sql resources in the cluster management ,but they can not online,they failed. I
    think it maybe do something in the sql server config or reg.How can i do? Help me plz.

    What wsa the error when tried to restart the services?
    Ensure the account used to start these services has required privileges to action.

    If you get desperate then how about a restore of the quorum resource?
