I just wonder is there any easy way to copy/transfer stored procedures from one SQL server 2000 to another, they are at two PCs.

    May you have any idea?

Using Enterprise Manager, you can scrip sp and then run in other PC using Query Analyzer.

Scripting is only best way to accomplish this and you can use Source safe to keep a version of Scripts in case they need to changed.

Just for the records. You can also use the DTS Import/Export wizard to copy objects between SQL Servers. But with scripting you have the additional advantage Satya mentioned.
