SQL Server Performance

How to install Yukon B1 and no die.

    Never, ever, install Yukon B1 in PC witch allready has SQL2000.
    Even in new instance. If you did, you must re-install SQL2000 all again.

    As this is on Beta few options are not available to uninstall.

    Yes, but why corrup all SQL2000, I mean EM, Profiler, etc?

    Because this is beta 1 software, Microsoft has yet to complete and fully test its install process. The best way to install beta 1 is on a new Windows 2003 server as a new install. Beta 2 should be better.
