How to prepare SQL Server 2005 and SQL Server 2000

In my experience Daylight Savings issues will come into picture only where there are complex jobs that are dependant on the time (like in SQL 4.2 & 6.5 days), but with latest versions of SQL Servers you can control such with a simple query.

Appreciate your reference on tackling the issue though
