Does anyone know if you can change the options that display on the HTML toolbar when you call a report? I'm working on a project where we would like to limit the options that users have, and would also like to replace the help link with a link to the appliation specific help.

    Thanks,

    Greg

There are options to supress the parameters part of the toolbar and the document map e.g. for URL access you can use &rcarameters=false&rcocMap=false
However in terms of customising its appearance, this is not a feature of V1 AFAIK but may be looked at in future versions. In terms of limiting the redering extensions , I think they would apply to everyone and can be altered in one of the config files, there may be details in BOL. To be honest, I would think it would be easier to write your own frontend and supress the toolbar (&rc:Toolbar=false)

HTH

Jasper Smith
