Identify The First Lock Process in SQL Server Activity Monitor

    Hi, Can I check how to identify the 1st lock process when there is more than 50 process in the Activity Monitor locking, it is very time consume to check which one is the 1st process to cause the locking. Do you have any idea?

    You can use sp_who2 active and look ID process to find the first one.

    Look up sys.dm_tran_locks in Books Online (assuming the name hasn't changed since SQL 2005) and work from there.
