   Yes, by using DTS and select the appropriate dbf driver (odbc) to recognize the files.

   Yes, I always do this. Create a DSN using the driver 'Microsoft Foxpro VFP driver', choose the Database type as 'Free Table Directory' and path as the path for the DBF files. Then choose this DSN as your source under DTS.
