    Any extra cost if a SQL server is exposed to the internet or if it is just the cost of the SQL server - w/ Reporting Services 2005

    I don't think so there is such as long as you have the SQL & Reporting services licenses.
    You may check with MS about .NET related components in this case.

    If you expose SQL Server to the Internet, it will need to be licensed on a per CPU basis, not on a per user basis.
