Logshipping problem in Restrict Mode

Hi all,
I have configured logshipping in 2 databases. I am not able to implement logshipping for remaining dbs becuase they are in restrict mode. I am not a sa user. I dont known about sa pasword. This is vendor implementation.
I have logged in prodsqladmin login. This login has domain admin and local admin previlliage.
How can I configure logshipping for remaining dbs?
One more help...
I have configured recovery mode for one database. How can I change it to stand by (read only) mode?
