Hi,Iam configuring logshipping for the first time, i configured logshipping successfully,transaction backup is happing but it is not copying and restoring the transaction log files, when i checked the error log the msg is like this restore doesnot happen check the log agent........ could any help in sloving the issue... Try to do a manual copy of file using the script from primary to secondary server using the same account that has been used for Log shipping. I guess it could be a permission issue or folder name mismatch between the servers.
Hi Koteswarao, As Satya told that it would be permission issue. while your configuring the Log Shipping from primary to secondary server you need to provide the share Location where you need to copy the transactional log files. please very that shre folder is having access or not? when you create the folder by default it will be read only you need to provide /allow access to particulr account.
