   DB Server: SQL Server 2005
   OS: Windows Advanced Server 2000
   DB Size 6TB
   DB CC Check detected 5 inconsistencies
   Often the DB goes into Autorecovery mode results in DB outage.
   Looing for probable reasons behind this.

   Welcome to the forums.
   Not much information available from your thread above, as referred you must work on fixing the inconsistencies. It looks like hardware is a problem too, so have a thorough review of resources.
