    Other location means other server?

Do you have gigabit ethernet? If so, just copying the files across the network is what I would do.

Is the new location within LAN or other Remote site ?
Is the current database storage on SAN /or RAID array or local drive?

    Only users and jobs.
For that take a look in Microsoft web.
