I have 2 issues when using reporting services 1) Intermittently I get memory error Event code: 3005 Event message: An unhandled exception has occurred. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt. 2) Some time when I render a report I get the error Service Unavailable. ... the web service is not available. when I render the report again It doesn't happen. For the first one make sure you have upto date tools with latest service packs too, if this happens from a client machine then try to render same using another client's machine. For the second one ensure the IIS server has no issues to this service.
I have the lastest sp - SQL Server 2005 Service Pack 2 installed on my pc and the server as well.. now do I need to reapply the packs on the server and my pc. Thanks
