Memory issue

    I have 2 issues when using reporting services
    1) Intermittently I get memory error

    Exception message: Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt.
    2) Some time when I render a report I get the error
    Service Unavailable. ... the web service is not available.
    when I render the report again It doesn't happen.
    Could you please tell me the cause of these issues.

    For the first one make sure you have upto date tools with latest service packs too, if this happens from a client machine then try to render same using another client's machine.
    For the second one ensure the IIS server has no issues to this service.

    I have the lastest sp - SQL Server 2005 Service Pack 2 installed on my pc and the server as well.. now do I need to reapply the packs on the server and my pc.
