Hello, RAM is 32GB. Memory allocated to SQL Server is 30GB. AWE is enabled. What should the Performance Counter - 'Total Memory' for the SQL Server display? Also, what should 'Committed' on execution 'dbcc memorystatus' display? Doesn't 'Hashed' and 'Free' from 'dbcc memorystatus' help to determine the amount of 'Used' and Available' Buffers? Don't require an explanation of the above just what the stats should display. Thank you.
Thanks. Did read that. We are using SQL Server 2000. Just wanted confirmation based on what I read. Thanks.
