Migrating SSRS from one server to two servers

I'm migrating SSRS off of a sql server to a dedicated SSRS server which will connect to my sql server.
1. What are the steps?
2. There are scheduled reports that run via job, where do I move this to?
3. Should I restore the ReportServer databases? If so, which server?
