    Hi All,

I tried to stop-start the SQL server Service through SERVICE MANAGER.
My entire cluster failed over at that time. can you please clarify how did this happen ?
How can a service restart, fail all the cluster resources ?
Please let me know what is the best way of restarting the SQL Server service in such CLUSTERED ENVIRONMENT ?
    thanks
