Opportuntiy w/ Leading $75+ billion Hedge Fund

    A leading $75+ billion hedge fund is seeking a SQL Server Guru. They are seeking someone who is capable of architechure and planning, but is also willing to be hands-on as the firm has no plans to build a SQL team in the near future. This person will be the sole SQL Server subject matter expert for the firm.

    Hi there,

    it might be worth adding a few details...?
    - which country/city are we talking about
    - how would anyone apply
    - any prerequisites for applying
    - salary range if known

    While this is a .com website, it is used by people all over the world... can a non US citizen apply?

    The firm is located about an hour outside New York City. One can apply for the position through me. There are no prereqs to apply . . . just must be a SQL Server Guru. The salary range is open . . . they just want to attract the right candidate. And this is not limited to US Citizens.

Secondly, consider what happened to the LTCM guys. They already had some IT infrastructure, but did it help them?
