Out of Sync

    Hello,
I created 6 Log Shipping Plans for 6 databases. Although the logs are shipped and copied/restored on the destination server, I keep seeing the "out of sync" status on the Log Shipping Monitor for all plans. Anyone has an idea why and how to fix this?

    Thanks.

Decide how to create and initially synchronize the destination database. You can let the log shipping setup process create and initially synchronize the destination database, or you can restore the initial full database backup manually.

After log shipping is in place, SQL Server enables Enterprise Manager's Log Shipping Monitor utility on the monitor server. In addition, SQL Server creates two SQL Agent alert jobs: one for backup and the other for out-of-sync conditions.

Check for any network issues between primary and secondary servers and if possible try to increase the time of interval to restore logs.
