print preview does not display report like the preview

Hello,
I am having a problem with the print preview option in SSRS report writing environment displaying the report correctly. The preview tab shows the report correctly (I have two sub-reports). But when I switch to print preview or print the report the sub-reports do not show up. Does this cache somewhere? This happens especially after I've made changes layout changes to the subreport.
