SQL Server Performance

Problem creating SSIS package

    Hello Everyone,
    I started creating the SSIS (2005) package in my local machine, i am using OLE DB Source and assigned the connection and table, after that OLE DB Source showing me the below error:

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    Error at Data Flow Task [DTS.Pipeline]: The LocaleID 127 is not installed on this system.
    Error at Data Flow Task [DTS.Pipeline]: "component "OLE DB Source" (1204)" failed validation and returned validation status "VS_ISBROKEN".
    Error at Data Flow Task [DTS.Pipeline]: One or more component failed validation.
    Error at Data Flow Task: There were errors during task validation.
    (Microsoft.DataTransformationServices.VsIntegration)
    Could anybody please let me know the solution.
